Order Cancellation

Order cancellation is a concern for many customers when purchasing products. At FlashShip, we offer order cancellation support based on processing status, with a flexible refund policy to ensure customer rights.

1. Order Cancellation Cases & Refund Amount

🔹 Orders Not Yet Processed
If your order has not entered the production process, you can request a cancellation and receive a 100% refund.

🔹 Orders with Processed Print Files
If the design has already been processed and test-printed, a cancellation fee of $3 per product will be applied.
The remaining balance after the deduction will be refunded.

🔹 Orders Already Printed
If the product has been fully printed, you will only be refunded the shipping fee.
Production costs cannot be refunded.

2. How to cancel an order

Step 1: Select ‘Request cancel’ to cancel the order.

Step 2: Click ‘Confirm’ to confirm the order cancellation.

The screen will display the order amount and the refund amount.



Step 3: If the order cannot be canceled, the seller should contact the FlashShip Support team for assistance.

  • Once an order has been fully processed and completed, we cannot provide a refund.

  • The policy may be subject to change based on actual conditions.

  • To avoid any issues, please carefully review your order before placing it!
