2. Detailed instructions for filling out the file
⭐The highlighted information must be filled in.
- External ID: Code provided by the admin. Fill in this code for all orders.
- Order ID: Order code, sellers can use the order codes provided by the platforms. (Order IDs that are duplicated will trigger an error, except for orders with multiple shirts).
NOTE
- With an order of multiple products.
- If the products are the same, just adjust the Quantity.
- If the products are different, list them in separate rows. Order ID and customer information of the products must be the same; the website will automatically merge the orders.
- The order has been uploaded and then canceled; if you upload it again, add _1 to the end of the order ID.
- Shipping method: Production lines
- Fill 1: Standard ship.
- Fill 2: Priority ship.
- Fill 3: Rush Production.
- Fill 6: Expedite.
- First name: Customer name.
- Last name: Customer’s name (First name and Last name can be combined into the First name field).
- Email: Customer’s email.
- Phone: Customer’s phone number.
- Country: Country code. Currently, FlashShip only delivers within the US. So, by default, fill in US for all orders.
- Region: The state abbreviation in uppercase for the shipping address. Seller can obtain information at List of state abbreviations.
- Address line 1: House number, street name of the customer’s address.
- Address line 2: Secondary address. If you fill in add2, the following information is required C2 Secondary Unit Designators.
Note: FLS will still send according to the customer’s provided information if there are no abbreviations, but it does not guarantee that the goods will be delivered to the correct address. - City: Delivery city name.
- Zip: ZIPCODE of the delivery address.
- Quantity: Number of products.
- Variant ID: Code (color + shirt size).
Finds the corresponding code for the color and size of the product in the file. FlashShip_Variant ID . - Print area front: Link design front.
- Print area back: Link design back.
- Mockup Front: Link to the front mockup of the shirt (For the factory to check the design placement on the shirt when printing).
- Mockup Back: Link to the back mockup of the shirt (For the factory to check the placement of the design on the shirt when printing).
- Note:
- Link Label: For orders where the seller has already downloaded the label from the platforms and uploaded it to a storage website, such as Google Drive, Dropbox,.., then fill in the link in the file.
Request the label file
- PDF format.
- A6 size.
- Only accepts USPS carrier labels.
The order already has a link label, the customer information section only needs to FILL IN THE CHARACTERS ACCORDING TO THE SAMPLE below, no need to fill in the information according to the label.
- Left Hand: Left – hand design link.
- Right Hand: Right – hand design link.
- Neck: Link to collar design.
- Mockup Left Hand: Link Mockup for the left sleeve of the shirt (If printing in this position, it must have MU, so the factory can check the design placement on the shirt when printing).
- Mockup Right Hand: Link Mockup for the right sleeve of the shirt (If printing in this position, it must have MU, so the factory can check the design placement on the shirt when printing).
- Mockup Neck: Link Mockup Neck (If printing in this position, it must have MU, so the factory can check the design placement on the shirt when printing).
