However, to ensure your rights and the sustainable safety of your business, FlashShip provides some guidelines when you upload design content.
Any design content you upload that contains illegal, hateful content and/or infringes on intellectual property rights will be subject to review and may be deleted at any time. FlashShip reserves the right to refuse your design content at our sole discretion.
1. Illegal content
FlashShip will not accept and/or print illegal content. We will refuse to print images that contain or reference illegal drugs, pornographic content, and any content that promotes illegal activities in any form. We will not accept pornographic content, including pornographic content that describes acts of penetration, child pornography, child abuse, and rape. Nude content is allowed as long as your design does not depict such situations.
Please note that this is not a comprehensive list, and you are responsible for understanding what you can and cannot create for your product. You should comply with local laws, including those in the area where your product is being shipped.
2. Content of hatred
At FlashShip, we take pride in bringing your designs to life as we serve your partners and customers around the globe. We respect and appreciate every individual. We will not accept content that describes racism in any form, shape, or manner. Defamatory content is prohibited. We do not accept content that expresses or incites any form of hatred or harassment against an individual or group based on protected categories: age, class, disability, ethnicity, religion, race, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, and victims of a major event.
3. Content Intellectual property rights
When it comes to intellectual property rights, we hope you respect the creative rights of others. We will not accept content that violates any intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright, privacy and publicity rights, and trademarks. The content you upload to our platform must be your own design or a design that you have the rights to use and resell.
4. Reminder
All the content you use is yours. All content you upload to our platform must be reviewed, and we reserve the right to reject your content at our sole discretion.
